Wrist Pinnacle One-Year Limited Warranty
Effective August 28, 2026. Wrist Pinnacle warrants each new watch purchased directly from wristpinnacle.com and delivered in the United States against qualifying defects in materials, workmanship, or assembly for 365 days from the carrier-recorded delivery date. If no delivery record is available, the period begins on the purchase date.

The warranty is available to the original retail purchaser or a documented gift recipient with proof of the original direct purchase. Separate registration is not required.

What is covered. An original manufacturing or assembly defect that, under normal use, causes the watch to fail the ordinary timekeeping or model function described on its exact Wrist Pinnacle product record. Coverage does not create or expand an unstated specification.

What is not covered. Normal wear or aging; cosmetic scratches, scuffs, dents, chips, finish or colour change; routine maintenance or ordinary battery depletion; loss or theft; accidental damage, impact, crushing, abuse, misuse, sizing or adjustment damage; failure to follow supplied instructions; or damage caused by later modification, opening, service, repair, or installed parts to the extent that work caused the claimed failure or prevents a reliable assessment. Water or moisture damage is not covered unless the exact product record expressly states an applicable water-use rating and the exposure remained within that stated use.

What Wrist Pinnacle will do. After assessment, Wrist Pinnacle may repair the covered watch, replace it with the same model and Colorway where reasonably available, offer a materially comparable replacement with the customer’s agreement, or provide a refund when repair or replacement is not reasonably available or the customer agrees. No paid work will be performed without customer approval.

A replacement remains covered for the remainder of the original term or 90 days from replacement delivery, whichever is longer. For a claim confirmed as covered, Wrist Pinnacle provides approved United States shipping instructions and pays reasonable covered-claim shipping. Do not send a watch without written authorization.

Request service. Use the WP Support form or email support.wristpinnacle@gmail.com. Include the order number or checkout email, model and Colorway, a factual description of the issue and when it began, and clear photos or a short video where useful. Physical inspection may be required before coverage or remedy is confirmed.

An Ownership & Service Reference may be issued by order email after delivery to make lookup faster. It is optional and never a condition of help. If it is lost, WP Support can recover the record from ordinary order information.

Transit loss, transit damage, and eligible returns are handled under the separate Shipping and Refund policies. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
