Shipping policy

Wrist Pinnacle currently ships to customers in the United States only. Current watch orders include complimentary tracked U.S. shipping.

Order preparation

Each watch is checked against its selected model and Colorway before it is handed to fulfilment.

Delivery expectation

Delivery typically takes around two weeks. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date and may vary by destination, transit conditions, and order-specific circumstances.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, use Track your order with the order or tracking reference. Tracking milestones show the current progress of the shipment.

Delivery protection

If an order is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, Wrist Pinnacle replaces it at no additional cost. Contact Support with the order number and email used at checkout so the delivery record can be reviewed.

Returns and refunds

Delivery protection applies to confirmed loss or transit damage. Other return requests follow the eligibility requirements and 14-day window in the Refund Policy.
